We will require either the full payment in advance . Last minute reservations can be accepted without payment but failure to attend will result in any future bookings only being accepted with pre-payment.

No tables can be packed away until the official closing time of MIRABILIA fair.

No sound speaker or other is allowed at this event without the advance permission of the organiser.

Wall/panel tables are allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis. Please check with MIRABILA staff before fixing anything to the walls/panel of a venue.

Your stock is not insured whilst in our venue.

The sale of bootlegs ,cd-r and counterfeit is illegal.MEMORABILIA organizer cannot be held responsible for the actions of the relevant monitoring bodies that DO monitor these events.

Large boards and extensions are not allowed - please book extra tables if extra space is required.A table plan is prepared in advance, before anyone enters the venue.

MEMORABILIA organizer reserves the right to decline rental of tables at any time, in which case no claim by the exhibitor for damages or breach of contract shall be valid.

Tables must not be sub let to other exhibitors.

Organizer requests that you offer a 'no quibble' refund on purchases.

Our Fair open from 10.00am to 7.00pm to the public/buyers (FREE ACCESS) and dealer access is available from around 8.00 am.  If you are uncertain of the exact location of the venue don't worry as we have direction signs on all approaches. These will guide you direct to the unloading area.
